Working theory: fraud, concealment, institutional handling and limitation
Evidence groups
- Parcel A / Parcel B title sequence: conveyances, tenancies, plans, registration files and the 1987 amalgamation.
- Occupation described as tenancy or licence: possession proceedings, offers, pleadings and licence letters from 1955–87.
- Alleged late notice in 1983: SOURCE PENDING; GHF-E180 is a placeholder for the original letter, not the letter itself.
- Source Conflicts Register, Missing Records Register and the FOI reply register: public replies, gaps and matters requiring follow-up.
Description
The records document separate title transactions, possession and licence proceedings, registration activity and later requests for records. They also show which originals, plans, notices and service records are not yet available in the Wiki. Each institution and decision must be assessed from its own records.
Interpretation
The sequence supports further examination of parcel scope, the recurring occupation descriptions, notice and registration handling. It does not presently establish a knowingly false conveyance, criminal fraud, deliberate concealment, coordination between parties or improper public-authority involvement. A missing document, failed search or late reply is not proof of those acts.
Test each proposition against the original record, date, land description, decision-maker and legal effect. Record evidence that contradicts the family’s interpretation as well as evidence that supports it.
