As at 12 October 2026. This page records every documented incident in which a public body required, or explicitly offered, payment as a condition of disclosing records, copies or search results relevant to Great House Farm / Tŷ Mawr. Cost-limit refusals under FOIA section 12 (where the authority simply refuses rather than charges) are listed only where the reply also offered a paid route or quoted a fee. Pure section-12 refusals without a paid alternative are excluded.

1. Scatter of paywall incidents

Simple timeline scatter of known paywall or chargeable-disclosure events. Date runs left → right; institutions are stacked vertically. Points expand as further incidents are catalogued.
